Erin + Matt live in Chicago so we chatted quite a bit via phone and email but had not actually met in person before the big day so I was super excited to meet these two when I pulled into the Rockport Inn on the morning of their wedding day. Now I know I say this about a lot of my brides but only because it’s true; I just couldn’t believe how laid back and calm Erin was while she prepped and counted down the minutes to her first Look with Matt. While I drove to the beach where Erin and Matt would share their First Look before the ceremony I hoped the predicted rain (yes, again!) would stay far far away from our big plans for portraits on the beach and it did just that, until it was time to go indoors for the ceremony – perfect timing! Erin and Matt, you two looked absolutely fabulous and so in love and I truly enjoyed every moment I was lucky to have spent with you two. You are both total sweethearts, seriously, and I am so glad that our paths crossed. I can’t thank you enough for putting all your trust in me to capture such an important day in your lives.
